The three great challenges that we can identify in the Big Data management are:

  • Integration of Information

  • Efficiency of Infrastructure

  • Quality of Information

  • Security of Information

The integration of information means that before, the data collected and analyzed were mainly structured with homogeneous ways to store them, count them and translate, but with the passage of time and the diversification of data, including data not structured as videos, images and content of social networks, it is now necessary integrate this data for obtain business conclusions more enriched and, therefore, to provide the necessary market intelligence.

On the other hand, the quality of the information becomes relevant, since that to the pair of data diversification, the way to generate those data and the velocity with which information is required has evolved.

Security is always an issue to resolve when it comes to data, it is present in all the technological trends of business solutions, all the information handled by these systems is sensitive to some extent both for the company and users and this is why both companies and developers are increasingly investing in this area.

Big Data is still technological trend that continues to evolve. It is important to consider all the potential that a solution of this type can offer us, and be prepared in the best way for the challenges that adoption can represent both the technology side as of the business.
